The only ones I know or can recall right now are Ted Nugent's "Intensities In 10 Cities" and Primus' "Suck On This". Any others? Thank you in advance for your input!

When your debut record is a live album, it's all previously unreleased material.

I tried looking already. Bear's Choice has "Black Peter." Skull & Roses has "The Other One." If you want to consider Anthem Of The Sun using a lot of live recordings mixed with studio, it might count.

Edit: There is one. Vintage Dead - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vintage_Dead
A legal release not authorized by the band.
It has "I Know You Rider" before Europe 72.

Similar to the Grateful Dead, I tried looking at Frank Zappa's live albums.......but all have at least 1 previous released song. The closest was Bongo Fury, but some of the songs were studio recordings.

Elvis Presley - On Stage. The "concept" of the album (original LP) actually was 10 songs never before recorded by Elvis, recorded live, or making a complete new album during the live engagement. As a test and a joke, the words "Elvis Presley" did not appear on the front or back cover, although those words were on the spine.

Wire's Document & Eyewitness mainly of consisted of new material that they were road testing near the end of their first incarnation.

During their more prog oriented phase, Os Mutantes released a live album, Au Vivo, with all new material.
