"K.I.N.G." by Satyricon was played in ever shoe and clothing store over here when it was new. Other than that and a few Motörhead and Priest tracks, lots of Maiden, AC/DC and Metallica.

yeah, the other day my local Morrison's was playing The Kids Are Alright by The Who. Maybe not the rockiest number ever but I was quite impressed.

Heard Soundgarden's "Outshined" once in a market. It was weird to hear that.

I used to do overnight stock at a Grand Union in North Brunswick, NJ. My guitar player was the night manager at the time. Each night he would wrap tape around the announcement mic and put it next to his boom box.

Typically he was playing death metal, the most extreme stuff you could find at the time. The few customers we had complained for sure. Store was 6 months from closing so no one cared.

Fun fact, this was Matt Pinfield’s grocery store in those days, tho he was only spotted in the daytime.

Recently heard Band On The Run and Spies Like Us (2 separate days) at my local Shaw’s.

Hardest track? Probably Rockin’ In The Free World.

I have never rocked out in a supermarket. I'm too busy reading labels to determine calories from fat.

Not the most rocking, but most unusual for this song to be heard over a U.S. grocery store's Muzak system (and I heard it on 2 different visits to the same store):
