yeah, you ordered from overseas so it would definitely ship sooner. Knowing that, I expect US to ship about a week or so later, so thanks for that info.

Yeah I was surprised to see it ship so early. They usually shop a few couple days early. But the STP they sent out about a week before release date

MOV just confirmed via email that this reissue was cut from 24 bit/192 kHz files.

Fantastic. Been waiting for this for years. Great album, terrible sound. Though, again as with Core and Purple, why not just release the new hi-res transfer??

Yes indeed. Pulled it out not too long ago wishing there was some alternative.

There's some great songs on "No. 4". I wish they'd put out out a great sounding CD remaster or hi-res release. Vinyl only sucks. But I hope its done well and maybe I can hear a needledrop at some point.

It's vinyl only because MOV is the one doing it and I don't think they do high res offerings...except on vinyl.

Yes, I know that sounds kind of weird. I was just thinking about this the other day. Would I buy the vinyl for all of these if there was an equally good high res download? I think at this point I might invest in a DAC but the digital offerings (HDTracks, etc.) are a bit sketchy, I'm waiting until they straighten their $h!+ out.

Would be nice to have a Hi Rez availability from MOV but I understand their niche. Their QC has been outstanding from what I have received so far. Top notch pressings, cool colored vinyl, and mastered vinyl that you can really crank (good DR). Looking forward to the STP 4 vinyl and what they can offer down the road (come on MOV how about some Chris Cornell Eurorphia Morning, Beck Mutations, Midnight Vultures, Black Crowes, Fiona Apple, Tool, Air, Little Dragon, etc)....

Mikemoon, also might add if you do get a DAC I suggest the older PS Audio DLIII, very nice analog sounding DAC IMO, been using one for years...
