Looks good. They certainly interviewed a lot of the right people at least.

  2. Can't wait to see this. In the early to mid-1980's my buddies bought every thrash album that they could. Remember the mail-order forms that used to come in the LP inner-sleeves? They would order pretty well every album they could.
Then we would have a metal-bash listening party out at their big-ass country house with the 1000 sq.ft. concrete floored basement. Harman Kardon Citation 16 amp driving Cerwin Vega's the size of a fridge. Metallica so loud your body would vibrate. My ears are still ringing...

  3. I love me some Anthrax, but how did Charlie Benante get in there as a New Yorker? I know they were in the first wave, but still.

I guess it wouldn't be a complete story without Anthrax, though.

Looks good. Not the exact cup of tea I drink, but I like it. When I saw Larry LaLonde I thought Primus somehow was gonna goof their way in. Didn't know he started in thrash.

I've been hearing interviews with guys like Alex Skolnick on comedian Dean Delray's podcast. Search the archives for a surprising number of musicians. Dean Delray's LET THERE BE TALK

Look great. This is the music I grew up to. Can't wait to see it.
