Nice. The 2 extremes of the “Freedom” album. That one is still my favorite.

 

Agreed! That album is a little uneven to my ears but those are two highlights of his entire catalog to me.

In 1965, returning to Toronto I visited my old
school mate Comrie Smith. We used to go to hear all
the bands while we were in High School. We "dreamt
of being stars" on the steps at our school. In this
song, we are playing together in the attic of his
house. Comrie went on to tune pipe organs in
churches and I went to hollywood. He was a great
friend!
