Top notch Spock -- Kirk looks like The Hulk.

That Spock has to be a reused Jon Bernthal mold.

Nice to see Norm from Cheers with a beer mug. It's refreshing to see them go for authenticity.

Seems like such a random selection.

My Target has all of these in stock at $14.99 a pop. Not sure if they are worth buying, though. Based on the amount they have on the shelf no one else is either.

Interesting I'll have to check my Target out and see. I wouldn't buy all of them but a couple would be definite. I figured collectors would scoop 'em up.

These things are still collecting dust at my local Targets. I don' t think they are hot sellers.

They are rolling out "Wave 2" right now, and offering a "buy 2 get 1 free" deal this week (reg $12.99 each). Taking advantage of the offer, I ordered KISS' Starchild and Demon from target.com. Of course, this left me with the dilemma as to what my freebie would be. They have Al Bundy but it really isn't very good. Just looks like any man wearing a tie.

I didn't really want to get roped into Star Trek, as that rabbit hole will likely go on forever, but dammit, that Gorn figure is so damn cool looking, I made him mine.

Hopefully I don't feel the tug to add any more Trek characters to this mess. I didn't even need the KISS characters, but I'm a sucker for useless junk. I hope Ace and Peter are in the next wave. And maybe a mugatu to pair up with the Gorn.

It would be cool if that came with water skis and a shark.

That would be the precise moment when this Mego series reaches its tipping point of silliness. You know- that moment when it all just gets ridiculous. Ugh, I wish there was some succinct phrase to encapsulate exactly what I’m trying to say here.

Confirming what @The Zodiac noted, the Target store I visited yesterday also had them as buy 2 get 1 free on top of the existing discounted price. A few months ago and at a higher price when it was warm outside, I managed to get the individual Star Trek ones and the Kirk/Spock 2-pack. Based on observation, the individual female tv characters don't seem to be selling as well. I've yet to find the Hendrix one as well.

Haven't seen any in a while as our Target closed down because of Hurricane Michael and prob won't reopen until Feb or March.

Sir, it is highly illogical to not purchase the Mezco 1/12 Spock.

Thanks for the heads-up! After about a year or so, I'd imagine Target is trying to make room for the new wave of Mego figures which is supposed to include Cliff and Woody from Cheers. There's also a new Kirk from the classic series and another one from the films.
