Rush - Test for Echo. Everything else is on vinyl, and I have it. It's a very annoying gap.

Digital or not Malmsteens music might be higher than CD resolution recordings. I'd be surprised if they aren't as he's a notorious perfectionist.

There were at least two vinyl releases, studio and live, of BVSC... apparently both might be out of print now but they were available a few months ago...

It seems like new reissues might be coming in along with the new BVSC "Lost And Found" LP to be released very soon ;)

Some of Sergiu Cellibedeche's Deutsche Grammophon albums on vinyl would be nice.

It is very unlikely that they are higher than CD resolution since the only people that were doing that were audiophile labels back then. I don't think any of his albums sound that great either IMO. They aren't terrible just not great. Also given what I have heard on the SHM-CD releases I'm not sure he is a perfectionist when it comes to sound quality. Those were dynamically squeezed and didn't sound very good.

I once said Lisa Hannigan's Sea Saw on vinyl was unoptainium, I noticed today a few have surfaced on eBay and Amazon (UK)... There are just a few on vinyl at very fair prices (like retail) but they will soon be gone again. Grab this rare gem while you can! Good Luck!
