    I'm spied this in the window of my local record store who deals in used gear. Didn't ask the price, but would it really matter on my budget? He's not cheap either. Usually fair, but not cheap. Still, it's nice to dream. Is this a good sounding unit? Those massive transformers look like they weigh a ton!

    If it makes you feel any better, you'd also need a tubed preamp to really enjoy it.

    I remember when reading the review I posted that the amp is a backbreaker. 75 lbs. and all of it from the transformers. Probably best to remove all tubes before attempting to move the chassis. And be careful how you set it down as it could crush your fingers if you're not careful.
