Lukas Ammann had no international career, but he is 102 and will be 103 on September 29, 2015. He was still active in 2014.

Jane Withers and Rose Marie are still with us, both were famous child stars of the 20's and 30's and are 89 and 93 years of age.

 

Clearly "The Dick Van Dyke Show" was the fountain of youth, as Carl Reiner is still with us and a tiny bit older than Rose Marie. He has toupees older than me.

 

Janis Paige and Gloria DeHaven are still with us.

This thread is stretching the term 'star'

 

I was thinking the same. Someone who was in a few silents as a kid back in the 20s (while remarkable that they're still with us) is not really a movie star, per se.

 

Well, given the small number of actual stars who'd fit the criteria, the OP did give the flexibility to mention actors who were active before 1960 but are still around/died only recently.

Elvis is 80. At his age he should stop eating Doritos at the 7-11.
