Sounding better than ever. Really, I have to say these relatively inexpensive AN speakers are amazing (for a small room look no further). Think I am done mucking around with changes for a long, long time.
I am finally to a point where I may humbly submit pictures of my new haven. A very special thank you to my wonderful wife, who gave up having a dining room so that I could have a dedicated music room. The Fender amp face is actually an acoustic panel that I built.
Sorry, I tried to use Flickr links and it did not work. Now they should be viewable from Postimage.org
The best thread on the forums here, with no fighting and arguing. Just love for everybody's respective systems. And, for me, crazy jealousy.
I think you need to turn all that off on the device you're using to take the photos rather than anything on the forum.
Fixed. I removed the one where the vacuum cleaner snuck in and spoiled the photo Thank you for your nice comment!
If you take a picture with a smartphone, or some SLRs, the camera will embed GPS coordinates in the EXIF data in the photo. You can either disable that feature in the phone/camera or strip out the GPS coordinates and other EXIF data before sharing the photos. Some of the photo sharing services will do that for you. Some won't. You'll need to check to see if they have a privacy option to hide or remove that data in shared photos. Here's one basic guide about removing GPS data from photos: https://fieldguide.gizmodo.com/remove-location-data-from-your-photos-before-sharing-th-1593773810 Google searches will find more info I use a program called IrfanView to edit and resize photos that I share. I have IrfanView configured to remove EXIF data when I resize and save the file that gets shared. That's just one way to do it. There are many other ways.
I think when I posted that I was linking to Dropbox files. Something changed about public links in the meantime, and that's no longer allowed. In honor of getting the CA50 back from Audio Research with some minor repairs and a fresh set of 6922 tubes, here's the system in its current state. It's the same as last November except the PS Audio Digital Link III is now in there.
