The sound coming from the Left output of my record player dips in and out from a high to low in sound. Its almost in time with the rpm. As in, the high sound peaks nearly each time is spins 1 revolution.

    Would really appreciate any help

What is your table / amp / preamp / speakers ?
Does it do this on all disks ?
Do you have skills / knowledge about cartridge alignment and tt setup ?
Does it work correctly when playing cds or any other source connected to the same inputs on the amp ?
Are you able to take a closeup picture of the cart while playing a record ?

The system is a Sanyo GXT-848. With the original speakers and amp.
It does this on all discs . And ive fkund it happens after a short playing time, maybe 15 seconds.
The speakers play perfectly on radio
What sort of photo would you like ? Of the stylus?

    You mean it changes volume?

Yes it plays at a low volume and then peaks at a higher volume. The peaks are almost every 1-2 revolutions

I have a photo on my phone Gallery of the player. But can't find how to attach it.

I wonder if some cable connection on the TT to preamp is twitchy so that it loses contact slightly as the platter moves around. Check the leads on the back of the cartridge to make sure they are tight.

I will check that, i have ordered a new cart and stylus to be sure. But it seems to be in the same spot each time the vinyl spins around, which is not really a random twitch . So im a bit unsure

Is there an accessible cable connection from the TT (near the back of the tonearm to the preamp)? If so check that as well. Also if the TT has an auto return feature they can affect the movement of the tonearm or perhaps even rub up against something underneath the platter. Try changing the settings on it if you can as see if anything changes. There is often a set screw - check the Manual.
