This came up in the jazz & conversation thread and I thought it would be a good post on its own.

Name an album you own, forgot about, and rediscovered recently.

For me, it was Medeski, Martin & Wood's album End of the World Party (Just In Case). I bought it on vinyl when it was released in 2005, played the crap out of it for a few months and eventually forgot about it. Going through some of my vinyl today, I found it again and listened for the first time in 10 years easy. It's every bit as good as I remember it! :edthumbs:

I know I've heard that album at least once but can't remember a thing about it.

Miles Davis.....mikes smiles. Forgot how great this one is as I always hear kind of blue and his fusion work instead of revisiting his other great works.
