He was also great in the Descendents. But Max Cherry is the character I'll think of first.

Just watched him in El Camino and he was great in it, can’t believe I’m reading this right now. What a talent and a screen presence, damn—rest in peace.

Awe man... he's so good in MEDIUM COOL. And of course his classic turn later in his career in JACKIE BROWN.

"People rarely say the real reasons for things...big corporations never do! It's just politics, plain bureaucratic, politics".

Sad, but at least Jackie Brown gave him back his career. Quinton used the knocks life had given Robert to allow the two of them to create an indelible character.

Just rewatched Jackie Brown last Sunday in a double feature with the "prequel," Life of Crime. I hadn't seen LoC before and wanted to see if it fleshed out Lewis and Ordell's relationship a little bit. Decided to watch Jackie Brown after to finish their story.

It's amazing how Forster's (and Pam Grier's) understated performances outshined the more well known (at the time) heavyweights of Jackson and De Niro.

Yeah, it’s weirding me out a bit, was literally just marveling at how good he was this morning when El Camino hit Netflix at midnight today.

I’m so glad he got to reprise his role from Breaking Bad, as that character ended up being key to both the end of that show AND its spinoff movie El Camino.

I first saw and liked him in the 'The Black Hole', then it was 'Jackie Brown'. I enjoyed both performances - I'm happy to have just seen those. I'm glad Quentin offered him the 'Jackie Brown' role, which was convincing to me.

Robert made some great exploitation fare and his acting in Jackie Brown was subtle and funny and I thought the best thing in the movie. Too bad he and Pam didn't make more films together. They had great chemistry. RIP Robert!
