i have a pretty good collection. here's a couple i just happened to have scans of.

the two handbills framed together are variations of the same concert.

Thank you. The posters from '05-'08 were done by Jeff Wood at Drowning Creek Studio. I really started out only wanting to buy one or two posters but every year they just kept getting cooler and cooler looking.

 

like you i collect certain series. in my case i have about 16 or so from the new orleans jazz and heritage festival. you can see the 1999 poster in my avatar.

The Langerado posters that I posted are the official festival posters. I also have a few more unofficial Langerado posters that artists made over the years for the event.

 

a couple more. the dead poster is for a show that was cancelled so it's quite rare. these are also from my collection.

Picked this up 10+ years ago. Assume it's the original but who knows.

 

I don't have this one anymore - grabbed this off the web. One of my first concerts:
December 7th 1968 from Bellarmine College, in Louisville KY.

 

This is an original generic concert poster from Communist Czechoslovakia for Eva Pilarova circa 1974. The performance details would normally be hand written or machine printed inside the orange portion on the lower right side. I first encountered a very poor condition copy that was taped to the inside door of a wardrobe in a Czech school where I was attending a meeting. I had already become a fan of Eva and only dreamed that I might ever actually find one in decent condition. On my last trip there in 2009 my friend hooked me up with this mint, unused example.

 

This is my White Stripes poster purchased on the Elephant tour in Montreal. Signed by artist and numbered. It's one of my favorite pieces.

Cool...already 2 posters (Wings in the OP and T. REX) for concerts at Stadthalle Offenbach! I used to go to a lot of concerts there. My hometown...
