I've ordered from them multiple times. I buy the 2.5mil outer sleeves and "Ultimate" inners. They offer 15% off sales fairly regularly. In my experience, 18% off is about as good as their sales get. There are additional quantity discounts for some items- sometimes not very useful (i.e. you need to order 10 packs or more of the 2.5 outers to get a price break) but other times worth looking at (i.e. the Ultimate inners are $2.49 cheaper if you buy 2).

They also offer a range of other vinyl geek stuff.

I just ordered two 50-packs of each item mentioned above, "saved" just under $17.

Lastly, no I am not affiliated, or really even a fanboy. Just sharing my experiences. As always, YMMV!
