Under Clery's Clock by the Radiators From Space. Clery's is a department store in Dublin and the big clock outside has been a meeting place for years (it has been replaced at least once). This particular song has a gay theme, but I don't believe that's universal with regards to the location. Phil Chevron, who passed away last fall, wrote the song. He later played with the Pogues.

I should point out that I've never heard this song before (although I've heard of it), but it 's pretty good!
