    Maybe A Stretch

This might be a stretch but how about Jackson Browne with Fountain Of Sorrow?

Looking through some photographs I found inside a drawer

Wow, no one has mentioned Don McLean's American Pie yet? Not nostalgic in a literal sense, but the lyrics are more about a moment that he realizes that he can't go back. I feel that the nostalgia is implied in the bitterness evident in being forced to grow up, that people die, and life moves on.

How about "In My Life" by the Beatles and "Shades of Gray" by both the Monkees and P.K. Limited.

How did I miss "Take Me Back To Chicago"? (from 1977 album Chicago XI, the last Chicago album with the late great guitarist Terry Kath)

It's a great great nostalgia song.

A pointedly anti-nostalgia song. Even though it contains typical low-brow Zappa invective, I think he really meant it towards the end:
"Everybody come back/ No one can do it like you used to
If you listen to the radio/ And what they play today
    You can tell right away:
All those a******s really need you!"

Not only "Old Days" and "Take Me Back To Chicago", I think they have another one nostalgia song.

Saturday In The Park - Chicago

That's a good call -- I hadn't considered the song that way, but you're right. From the very opening line, "A long, long time ago..." that's definitely a nostalgic trip.

Deep Purple's "'69" and "Hungry Daze" are nostalgic songs looking back at their early years.
