The last track of the Blind Melon album Nico, Letters From a Porcupine, was recorded by Shannon Hoon on Christopher Thorn's answering machine.

 

The B-52's - 6060-842. At the end of the song, the operator tells the caller that the number has been disconnected, which is followed by several "Hello?/Sorry" interchanges.

Funny song. Love the humor in most of those early B-52's records.
