The percussion in Gerry Rafferty's Baker Street includes bongos throughout the song.
I believe those are Congas and not bongos.

Richman's got a conga drum song on "Jonathan Sings!" but I never knew what the hell difference there was between bongos and congas. It's a dead ringer for Zappa.
I'll suggest Zabadak by Dave Dee, Dozy, Beaky, Mick and Tich. The percussion seems to change in the middle of the second refrain (up front). Sounds like bongos to me, but I'm no expert.
