pink floyd, "goodbye blue sky" begins with a kid talking about an airplane. i thibnk the sound of the plane is heard as well. (been so long i'm not sure)

'You And I' by the Silver Apples (the band is photographed inside the cockpit of a Pan Am jet, which was used for the cover of their second album titled 'Contact', and I think this opening track begins with the sound of a jet engine.)

 

The intro to "Permanent Vacation" by Aerosmith appears to have this sound.

Also, not a jet engine noise, but "In the Flesh?" on The Wall has a dive-bomber sound mixed in.
