Whats a song you never get sick of?

mine is Five o Clock world by The Vogues.

I've been listening to it for 1 hour straight from a poor mono vhs dub! plus its sped up a wee bit because of NTSC to PAL, but i still love it!:righton:

There really are a lot of choices, but, I'd have to look long and hard to not agree with this radio-perfect little beauty. If ever a song that can make me smile so quickly and it's simply because it can send me back to my youth in seconds.

Another top choice would be The Cowsills, "The Rain, The Park & Other Things". When Bill Cowsill reaches for that long and high, "Flowers everywhere", I just melt. That song taught me how harmonies on top of one another, can produce such beautiful elements of a song. Just like The Mamas & The Papas, The Carpenters and even the earlier Beatles tracks were doing back then with harmonies, was simply amazing and GOD how I miss that sound.

Given enough exposure, I would surely get sick of any song. I'm trying to think of a song that I've loved for many years and never gotten tired of, but I'm failing miserably.

To pick one, would be classical, but that's cheating I guess as it would be a long symphony (Mahler 2) or opera act (Tristan 3).

So, "Dog End of a Day Gone By", Love and Rockets. My favourite song 25 years ago when it came out and I still play it a lot now.
