I know there are many, but maybe we can compile a pretty definitive list:

The Beatles-Please Please Me (Love Me Do and P.S. I Love You in fake stereo on original LP, mono on 2009 remaster)
The Beatles-Yellow Submarine (Only A Northern Song in fake stereo on original LP, mono on remaster)
If U.S. Beatles albums don't count as comps, then:
Meet the Beatles-I Want To Hold Your Hand and This Boy in Duophonic
Second Album-She Loves You, I'll Get You and You Can't Do That in Duophonic
A Hard Day's Night soundtrack-Beatles songs in fake stereo, George Martin Orchestra songs in stereo
Beatles '65-I Feel Fine and She's A Woman in Duophonic
Beatles VI-Yes It Is in fake stereo
Yesterday and Today-Three Revolver songs in fake stereo on first pressings.
Magical Mystery Tour-Penny Lane, All You Need Is Love, Baby You're A Rich Man, part of I Am the Walrus in fake stereo on original LPs, stereo except for Walrus on CDs

    Beach Boys
Little Deuce Coupe-409 in fake stereo on original LPs, mono on CD.
Shut Down Vol. 2- Why Do Fools Fall In Love, Denny's Drums in mono
All Summer Long-Title track, I Get Around in fake stereo on original LP, Our Favorite Recording sessions in mono.
20/20-Do It Again in fake stereo

    Others:
Gene Pitney-It Hurts To Be In Love-I'm guessing only the title track was mono or fake
Doris Troy-Just One Look (same as just above)
Brian Hyland-Sealed With A Kiss, the Uni album with Gypsy Woman-(ditto)

James Brown-There It Is-title track is mono with stereo intro
JBs-Doing It To Death-same as above for title track
Original Byrds Mr. Tambourine Man and Turn Turn Turn albums for title tracks and He Was A Friend of Mine, IIRC.
Rolling Stones-December's Children-All fake stereo except one track.
    More?

Those versions of Fleetwood Mac's "Then Play On" that include the single "Oh Well" have it in mono because that's how it was recorded.

Paul Revere & The Raiders Spirit Of 67 stereo has "Good Thing" in mono or fake stereo, forget which.

I have reissue LPs of Errol Garner's Other Voices and Art Blakey on Atlantic with Thelonious Monk that claim to be stereo (or in the case of Garner's album, rechanelled) but are mono.

Without pulling the album out, I know at least "Walk" is (E) on this album too.

"I Must Be Seeing Things" (the album) has a couple fake stereo tracks on it, too - including "If Mary's There", "If I Never Get To Love You", and "Don't Take Candy From A Stranger".

Pink Floyd - The Piper at the Gates of Dawn (US Stereo Tower LP) See Emily Play is fake stereo.
The Chocolate Watchband - No Way Out (US Stereo Tower LP) Someone here I think mentioned that Are You Gonna Be There (At The Love-In) is fake stereo.
The Bob Seger System - Ramblin' Gamblin' Man (US Capitol LP) Ramblin' Gamblin' Man is fake stereo.

The above songs all have a mono mix releases as well.

Here's a question. We had an old Springboard comp of Dionne Warwick's '60s hits, and Message to Michael was mono. Was it on a regular studio album in the 1960s, and in mono or fake stereo too? I heard the song in stereo for the first time on a Rhino compilation.

I can think of several examples of reconfigured albums that mix true stereo with fake stereo. The Who's US stereo "Happy Jack" - derived from the mono-only UK "A Quick One", for instance. But those are technically compilations, right?

excluding those, I can think of three:

Yardbirds - "Roger The Engineer" ("Over, Under Sideways, Down"; "Jeff's Boogie")
Canned Heat - Future Blues ("Let's Work Together")
Dusty Springfield - Dusty... Definitely ("I Can't Give Back the Love I Feel for You")
