Steve, Who & Cream catalog question

    Steve,

    You were able to master "Meaty, Beaty" and "Who's Next" for MCA. Is there a story as to why you didn't get "Tommy" or "Live At Leeds?"

    Also, is there a story as to why DCC got "Fresh Cream" and "Wheels Of Fire" while MFSL got "Disraeli Gears" and "Goodbye?"

    These kinds of details can be fascinating - previews of the book you need to write.
