The best musical in the Warner catalog never to have been released on Blu-ray (or DVD for that matter):

Even having the new dvd edition with Scorcese's intro. here in North America would be nice. At least Dead Of Night is on BR now, at least in the UK.

Of my original list, only Buffalo '66 and 25th Hour have seen Blu-ray releases.

Well, Do The Right Thing is available, but still not with the original colour.

Any idea if that's a public domain title at this point? Criterion did it on DVD - would've thought they'd give it a go on BD if they had the rights...

I can't imagine Bank Dick would be public domain.

No Fields movie has been put out on blu ray, and most likely there will never be any. I love him and have all his movies but there's just no one driving the process to get any more released. They condensed vol 1 & 2 collections into 1 low price release, but sadly there are movies that have not made it to VHS or DVD yet. And none of his movies have had any restoration.

Happiness by Todd Solondz. It seems I will be forever stuck with my non-anamorphic DVD.

I would expect Spirited Away will be released in 2015 by Disney on Blu in a future wave of Ghibli/Miyazaki titles. They are slowly getting them out there.

True, but it was first transfered into HD a few years ago now, it's way past it's due date.

  24. To each their own...I can think of dozens of other films that haven't even appeared on blu or DVD that deserve it before this.
