but do we know if it was true ? and if it was, and i know Sid wasn't the sharpest pencil in the box, he still could have been making a joke, its the kind of thing i would say ...but maybe not to Mr. Dildo's face though...

Keith Whitley. Immensely talented and at the top of his game when he was taken away all too soon.

Despite her outward appearance, she was a sad and lonely girl who was used by everyone. The torment she received in school was never undone.

Oh for sure, Bob Dylan was the good part of the story. I'm sure he smiled.

One of the reasons why, when I listen to her (Janis Joplin's) music, I am so impressed. Maybe it was the only times when she was able to rise above her crappy life.

No No! I love Adam and the Ants! Prince Charming is such an amazing song. But for the love of God, no covers.

When I first heard that song I seriously thought he was saying "Prince chow mein" - which would make for a really great Weird Al version.

That's hilarious! It should have been, including the yowling at the beginning.

This isn't the Rock genre specifically, but Jackie Wilson falling off of a stage, lapsing into a coma, and never recovering is pretty sad.

yes, that is one of those that still gets to me. And I wasn't a fan even when he was alive. Found out much later about him. It appears that he stabbed himself in the hard TWICE. Really sad.

Just watched it last night, thinking I might not stay with the movie because who needs to relive this sordid and sad tale...? But it was captivating, really the movie outlines the relationship between Spector and his original defense attorney played by Helen Mirren. She got a mistrial on the original trial which I did not remember. Sadly she took ill and was not around for the subsequent trial where Spector was convicted. Screenplay by David Mamet, no wonder it was engrossing and watchable. Recommended.

Jeff Fletcher of the group Northern Uproar. Leaned out from the pavement to look at the traffic and a lorry knocked his head off.

Gordon seemed to have had very violent tendencies for quite a while according to Rita Coolidge's book.
