Technics SL Q2 stylus too low

I just recently purchased a Technics SL Q2 and I love it! The only problem [/URL] [/IMG] [/URL] [/IMG] [/URL] [/IMG] [/URL] [/IMG] that I noticed is that I believe the stylus that was put on it is not quite meant for it and I think it is a generic one from online. I only noticed it as of late but the plastic part of the stylus housing touches the record and I don't think there's a way to adjust the tone arm height on my specific turntable. Any suggestions for what I can do would be greatly appreciated!!
