I can't vote for the best, but the worst soap, what I've ever seen: The Osbournes. It's like a tragically comedy... especially when Ozzy walks and speaks :sigh:  :( he looks so confused... too much drugs in the past!

    Your votes ...

Best soap is Days Of Our Lives!

Hot chicks everywhere. Even the grandmothers are hot. Now that I'm out of college I don't watch it anymore so when I try to watch it I'm completely lost.

    'Brest'? :D

Does CSI qualify as a soap? I'm hooked, it's the only thing I turn my TV on for (I don't really watch TV).

I prefer the Vegas incarnation to the Miami one.. the latter seems a bit lighter and more 'urban' to me while the former I find consistently darker (both in cinematography and in mood, subject and situations depicted), which I prefer.

I've also grown more used to the characters (they started airing the Miami one later here). The characters on the Miami show strike me as a bit one-dimensional in comparison.

Yesterday I caught a rerun of the 'meat grinder' episode :sigh: and found myself wondering how the hell I ended up watching stuff like that.. I usually don't enjoy a lot of gore in movies, for example.

Worst soap I've ever seen was "The Best of Everything" (ABC, 1970's). Even the presence of Geraldine Fitzgerald couldn't breathe life into **that** dog... :D

Ivory....smells like crap, but it floats, and I can find it if I need to bathe rather than shower....

Cashmere Bouquet, the original scent, before the bar was made larger and the scent changed.....had the smell of those little institutional bars you'd find in motels....my mother swore by those....

Lever 2000 isn't bad, for what it is....but what kills soap is when it gets sticky and pasty....Irish Spring smells great, but dissolves at will.....and Dial isn't much better....my sister says Dove has the hardest density of any soap on earth. I don't know about that, but, it may be the mildest, if any ex-GF's are a barometer....women seem to love heavily scented or Dove(even has an 'unscented' version, a fraud, since the scent is masked)....

Why are we talking about soap at all? Slow morning before the hurricane, maybe?

Well...It's a CLEAN subject:laugh: Safeguard's not bad. Actually, I've tried them all...EVERY BRAND! Ever try "Kirks Original Castile Soap"? PURE... absolutely no additives, talk about dissolving at will! Lasts about an hour:)Really loved the quality though, has amazing amount of lather...Expensive.

Moving onto Deodorant...Mennen "Speed Stick" discontinued my favorite...The Original Scent with the Grey Cap! I'm lost without, my wife loved it:)

Do they still make LAVA soap? I was fascinated by its texture when I was a young lad. I wouldn't want to wash my nether regions with a bar, though....
