The Mask of Zorro SUPERBIT at Best Buy for $10!

I just picked up the Superbit version of "The Mask of Zorro" for a whopping $10 at Best Buy. The deal is, you have to buy an accompanying DVD with it (there's a list the salespeople hand out), but it's still an incredible deal. You get the two DVDs for $20, and the other DVDs to choose from aren't bad at all. If you're familiar with the Superbit Collection, you know they are almost NEVER discounted. At best, you can buy them online from Deep Discount DVD for a bit over $20. Best Buy usually sells this DVD for $24.99! Anyway, if you like Superbits and don't have this one, I'd check with your local Best Buy Thanks for letting me rave (I hope I don't sound too much like a salesman)

 

Hmmm. I just logged onto bestbuy.com, and they don't have "The Mask of Zorro" Superbit listed in the 2 for $20. May be a screw-up at my local Best Buy (Santa Rosa, CA) It's still worth checking your local BB.

 

I saw Zorro the Gay Blade for $9.99.


It's actually a pretty damn funny flick.

 

Yeah, I grabbed it along with "Black Hawk Down", (neither of which I have watched yet but plan to do so this weekend) to complete the $20 buck quantity "buy".

As an aside, I had picked up "John Carpenter's Vampires" on Superbit for $22.95 two weeks ago and fell over when I saw the Zorro for $10!!!.

This DVD business is very strange and I mentioned in an earlier post that the Strawberries Record chain here in Boston was selling "Standing in the Shadows of Motown", 2 DVD set for $7.99!!!

What goes on???

It's almost unheard of to find a Superbit for anywhere near $10, Bill. Glad you scored it too!
