No one has commented on how those people have lived that long in this world, they see two bodies and assume everything is OK without double checking? That was a ridiculous scene.

more new characters that we don't need...what we need is for them to get off the LOST bullcrap ass and tell us where Glenn is!

Another blah episode for me. I did like where Daryl was struggling to get the crossbow out of the bag. He finally got it out in the knick of time & shot that zombie dead. Apparently it was all cocked & loaded in the bag cause he just pulled it out & BAM. Medieval times would have been so much more interesting with fully automatic crossbows.

  9. Agree about Darabont. The writing now is amateurish. They need help.

Also agree about Darabont. Show was really much better.

Abraham is starting to use the same odd syntax as Eugene.

  13. I like that they brought back Glenn without much fanfare (in the show, that is), where Glenn just makes his slightly plausible escape, and then he's just all about business again. No sappy crap (though why he felt the need to bring Enid along is beyond me).

The sappy crap happened in between the Glenn bit at the beginning of the episode, and then the way the tower fell at the end, with no sound...and cut to black...that was cool! Otherwise, the whole middle section was tedious and miserable.

Oh, and I liked Carol's brief bit. She's a bulldog.

I predict that something really bad happens to Carl, Rick's new squeeze, and her kids. Keep an eye out for it.

While the episode where he died was good TV, did anybody really think he was truly dead? I know I didn't!

The balloons should have been red and they should have followed the girl and Glenn around on their adventure.

LOL.....what a stretch....and pun... My reason, at least for the new chick, is on Talking Dead she had highlights and crap in her hair. I do think she's toast.

Enid was getting on my nerves all episode long.

Another slow episode till last 30 seconds....

I'm hoping Abraham comes thru with that rocket launcher from week before.

  20. I thought about not writing anything yet, but since the episode had already aired on both coasts, and since it's an American show, I figured it would be okay to post my thoughts.

Otherwise, if someone goes into this thread before they've seen the show, chances are their lives have been scripted by the team who writes The Walking Dead. :nyah:

I could easily have skipped the middle 30 minutes of the latest episode.

    Random thoughts...

The town (or neighborhood) of Alexandria seems mostly well kept and newish. An old falling apart structure right in town seems fishy.

Helium balloons should attract zombies, not distract them.

Giving Ron a gun seems like a really bad idea.

Overall, pretty good episode. I liked the interrogation Morgan was going through and how Michone tells him that it's not as black and white as he makes it out to be. Moran's Holier-than-thou attitude almost got Rick killed. I wonder what he would have said if someone important died just because he thought the wolves could "change" for the better. Once Rick finds out that Morgan is harboring a prisoner, he's going to lose his ****.

Count me in as another Darabont fan.

What a shame AMC got rid of him.
