    Only if you're basing your opinion on the overpriced MFSL Traffic cds that were just sold here.
    On Ebay, they've been going for about half the amount.

    This auction is on its second go around. at $60.00.

    Also this seller has a sealed Velvets MFSL that has not J-Card. Were any UDII's issued w/o J-Cards?

    I've been told by dealers that appear reputable to me, that some were in cases where MFSL ran out of j-cards.
