Bull Moose can also get it, around $142. Their site says Out of stock, but their connection at Warners has plenty in stock. Should ship next week, Wed or Thurs.

Interesting. I’ve seen no announcement anywhere, but SSD doesn’t usually let you purchase items that are out of stock. If they do they will always say backordered. I’m predicting a reissue is about to be announced.

It's not a reissue, technically, just back in print.

True. Or else they just unearthed a slew of forgotten copies. It’ll be interesting to see what it is.

But would you ever actually receive it from them, after they've taken immediate payment ? Recent posts about them would have me avoiding them like the plague.

Is this the place that took forever to ship the Pulse box set to purchasers?

All anybody has to do is read the recent posts from customers fighting to get their money back through Pay Pal. I wouldn't go near them with a ten foot pole.

Agree. Would gladly pay an extra $20 to get the box delivered on time.

Really? I hadn't heard that. Well, I'll be the test subject I guess...

They may take forever, but I can tell you that this wasn’t available for purchase a few days ago. Now it is.

Well they either found deadstock or it was a mistake.

I don’t see it as available for purchase - or even ordering - now.

I just called my local Bull Moose store and they are making a call to see if they can get the Live Anthology 7 LP set.

Anyone else order from SSD? Whatever they had, it's gone now.

For anyone interested, there’s an actual new one on Amazon right now for $140 incl s&h.

    Ready, set...

There were a ton sold on eBay the last few days at $140 a pop. Can’t be coincidental.

KinkySmallFace1991 Will you come back to me, Sweet Lady Genevieve?

Out of stock again at Soundstage Direct. This is an essential Petty release (one that any serious Petty fan should have in their collection, IMO), and one that NEEDS a vinyl reissue, especially after the release of the 2016 box sets and could and should have been done that way from the start.

My go-to for Live Anthology will always be the Blu-Ray, and supposedly, the 96/24 masters used for that were used to cut the vinyl. I will, however, say that just the track listing of the vinyl is better than the CD (Blu-Ray will always be king, though), and if the Blu-Ray masters were, in fact, used for the vinyl, then the SQ of the vinyl will slay the CDs, too.

I have the Deluxe box with the BD-A and the vinyl. I’m embarrassed to say I don’t think I’ve ever listened to the vinyl - or the stereo hi-rez. Only the 5.1 mix.
