I'm drawing blanks too (and also thought of While My Guitar Gently Weeps). I love the Beatles esp. early period but would have to go through their catalog to see what I like the best.
I see some good ones listed - Taxman, And Your Bird Can Sing, Something...Roll Over Beethoven's a good one also.

I Want You (She's So Heavy) my favorite Beatles solo. Smooth as glass and reeks with emotion ... sexy.

    A Hard Day's Night

I once heard a band play A Hard Day's Night, with the solo pretty much note for note, but jumping up an octave and in a more modern style. Gave me a new appreciation for it. So it gets my vote .

EDIT: Geez I forgot about The End.

The great solo in Old Brown Shoe was so un-Harrison-like that I have had to wonder if it wasn't another case where Clapton was brought in. Of course if that were the case, I'm quite sure it would have been revealed by now.

    I've always liked George's solo on "She's a Woman." It's got a bit of a rock'a'billy vibe.

We got people forgetting solos on 2 minute Beatle songs like they mentally skip 10 seconds, Eric Clapton was a Beatle and now we got Somethong. Lol

Is the guitar break in Happiness Is A Warm Gun considered a riff or a solo? (just before the “I need a fix” section)

    I like that one too.
