It's a Discovery documentary series that deals with the history of garbage - every episode deals with a different city. It takes a multifaceted approach, dealing with historical, social, and environmental viewpoints. I actually find it fascinating. I must admit to getting more viewing pleasure out of it than some Oscar nominated films.
