Was Richard Lester's Get Back film (for McCartney's 1989 tour) intended for television?

It seems a version exists with the songs slowed down, as well as one with all them in their correct speed.

Forgot to add "for PAL television" to the title of my thread.

The right way to do it would have been to finish it entirely in 25fps PAL, then convert the PAL to 29.97 NTSC. PAL conversions going that way are easy. It's the other way that's tough (particularly if it involves 24fps film). I believe The Beatles' Anthology was done this way from 1993-1996 or so.
