What are some weird, creepy, bizarre, dark, haunting or scary country songs?

Pretty much anything by the Handsome Family is weird creepy bizarre dark haunting AND scary. Here is a favorite:

Didn't see this one mentioned yet, sorry if I missed it. It has been sung by everybody from Bill Monroe, to Johnny Cash, to the aforementioned Handsome Family:

 

A lot of sad and haunting tales from Willard Grant Conspiracy over the years ... this one "The Ghost of the Girl in the Well" from the aptly titled Regard The End.

 

Johnny Paycheck's already been mentioned, but here's another song that's probably the most bizarre and convoluted one he ever wrote: "(Like Me) You'll Recover in Time." The protagonist of the song loses his wife to another man, and then loses his mind and is committed to a psychiatric institution. As the song begins he finds himself welcoming to the hospital the very woman who dumped him... she has now been dumped by her new lover and has also lost her mind, and is being committed to the same hospital as Johnny. He offers her words of encouragement, but by the end of the song it turns out it's all a delusional fantasy, and his ex-wife really isn't there at all.
