Lately, I've been tuning in to Martin Shkreli's live stream on YouTube while he awaits his sentencing (yes, the infamous Martin Shkreli.) Often, he leaves his CAM on 24hours. Pretty odd for a young guy who is worth $70 million. Strange, whatever you think of him.

 

Hoping that he gets struck by lightning? Nice to see him smote, but I can't imagine watching the hateful little troll just in that hope.

 

Yeah. I'd much rather see a live stream of him in prison getting pummeled with soap-filled tube socks, myself.

I would gladly set up a debit between my checking account and someone's commissary account for some sort of "perpetual and systematic harassment" guarantee.

 

The odds are actually pretty good that some other inmate has a family member or loved one who was dependent on some medicine that this evil little troll cornered the market on, and they would do it for free. I've been advised to take a medicine that that, due to an incredibly ill-advised FDA program of granting patents on long-used medicines, went from $.09 a pill to $5.49 a pill - and it will remain so until 2028.

"Business Ethics" has become an oxymoron.

 

Indeed, especially in the pharmaceutical industry where you can't exactly "vote with your dollar" when your life depends on it.
