What would you put in an all-U.S. manufactured system?

I was thinking the other day about U.S. audio gear manufacturers and there are a few obvious ones who's entire lines are still made entirely in the U.S. (other than some chips, caps, and transistors). VPI, Schiit, and McIntosh come to mind immediately but I can only think of one speaker manufacturer, Zu. I know that Klipsch makes their Heritage Line in Arkansas but I believe a good deal of their other products are at least partially made overseas.

I'd like to get a list of some that are known to be all U.S. made. Even if it's just one piece that's made here (I think Peachtree makes their Grand Integrated in the U.S.). I'm not trying to imply things made overseas are inferior, I own quite a bit of foreign made gear and I love it. I would however like to know sometimes if there are worthy U.S. alternatives, even if they cost a bit more, that could be happy in our systems and put some Americans back to work or at least keep them working.

    Anyway, let the list begin...

Great list, one question. Does JBL still make everything here? I'm sure their high end stuff is, but what about the lower lines? I guess it doesn't really matter but it'd be nice to know.

A dream headphone setup for me would be a W4S Dac-2, Cavalli Audio amp (like Liquid Cobalt), Audeze headphones, VPI turntable, and a US made phono pre. Could opt for a Grado or Soundsmith cartridge to stay with the US made theme.

My Paradigm speakers are made in Canada. That's close enough. It's still North America.

You could build a killer system with pieces from just these two companies.

Herron Audio is a St. Louis company, and products are U.S.-manufactured (I have their phonostage).
Musical Surroundings is an Oakland, CA company. Their own-branded phonostages are made in California.
Aesthetix is another California company who manufacture their own products.
