    This album is Great! I can see where The Animals, Yardbirds and Stones must have loved this album. Boom Boom dares to be cranked.

    The first song on Blues On Fire sounds like it may be sourced from an acetate or or 78, lots of surface noise the rest of the LP is not like that. Just John and his guitar. The Vee Jay album Burnin is full band and sounds fantastic.

    There's many solid titles already suggested and many that I have but Folksinger by Muddy Waters has remained my favorite blues album for years.
