Greg Piccolo's first solo release is still my favorite blues release. Cut when he was going solo from Roomful Of Blues, it includes all of the Roomful members, and is in fact a Roomful of Blues album. Sensational jump blues, and remarkable tenor sax work by Greg. Highly recommended....

Ronnie Earl and Elvin Bishop are both gonna' be there... First time seeing Elvin... I actually got to jam with Ronnie once back in the mid '90's, back when he was in the Broadcasters... Bruce Katz will be there with a different band, and I'm hoping he and Ronnie are on the same day so they can play together... Katz is amazing.
I came to think of Hound Dog Taylor and the HouseRockers. He is like a fun version of Elmore James or what to say. The songs and style may not be of the most diverse but incredibly fun to hear if you are are in a (beer) mood for it. It's so raw and basic as is possible to be.
