Where was the 2011 vinyl edition of Nine Inch Nails Pretty Hate Machine pressed?

Because my copy sucks badly and I have been reading other people with pressing issues but no comment yet on where it was actually manufactured. Catalog B0015767-01. Thanks!

 

Does it read WG/NRP in the deadwax run-out groove area of your disc? If so, it was mastered by Wes Garland @ Nashville Record Productions and probably manufactured @ United Record Pressing, Nashville.

I have a copy of this. I don't know the source, but it was pressed at United by Wes Garland. My copy does not have surface noise, is centered and flat. I need to compare it to my original cd. It is not a hot cut and, at first quick listen, sounds nice.
