    I agree that it wouldn't hurt to have one more song on each side, since each side is barely 15 minutes long. But "All Summer Long" MUST remain the closing track! (because of the ending credits of American Graffiti) So here goes:

    Surfin'
    409
    When I Grow Up
    Other: Ballad Of Ole' Betsy

    One of the reasons for these choices is that the album only has one track each off "Surfin' Safari", "Little Deuce Coupe" and "Today". I think Surfin' should be there as the first song because it started it all. "409" just kicks ass! "Ballad Of Ole' Betsy" because I have a soft spot for sentimental songs about cars. "When I Grow Up", well it's a classic with good lyrics.
