I like that album, but I'm OK with my CD.

Great album. Spirit and Teatro were great releases with a unique vibe that I enjoy.

I see where LITA is also releasing Teatro: The Complete Sessions CD/DVD. Seems they've got a Willie kick going and I will definitely support that!

Will you be able to find it on RSD?

Not one of the 3 stores I went to today had any... but I went around noon, so perhaps they were sold out. The one store said to call him mid-week as he should have more stock by then!

Listening to it right now, and it sounds great so far - only a couple of tracks in - very light crackles here and there, but those usually play out after a couple of spins (at least for me). Nice packaging, and my local store had several copies when I was there this morning - I wasn't very optimistic, but I got lucky.

There were about 4 or 5 at the store. Blue Oyster Cult was sold out (they only had 2 copies)

Got mine and a copy of the Setzer 12" at Eides. Fred at the Attic told me the same thing about both of those earlier in the day.

Just an update from an earlier post - this thing sounds fantastic - huge soundstage, and just really warm and detailed - they did a great job IMO. One of the better sounding vinyl records I own.

I had to wait for USPS to mishandle mine for a couple weeks before I got it. I agree. This sounds much better than I would have expected. I have a few minor areas of nonfill on my copy but nothing objectionable. The RSD pressing of Teatro from a couple years back sounds great as well but mine is very noisy. I’m really glad to have Spirit on vinyl.

  14. This set turned out pretty nicely. The unreleased tracks from the sessions fit perfectly in with the rest of the album.

They did a second run of Disc 1 because of a flaw on track 1. If you haven't replaced it you should contact them. They will send you the repressed disc (Teatro)

I just emailed LITA. They sent a replacement disc one in a cardboard mailer. I can tell it was repressed because it's a slightly different color. There was a repetitive click throughout the whole first track. Really ruined it, being solo guitar and all.

A few complaints on Discogs about the quality of this pressing. It seems there is a grey and a yellow vinyl version ? Anyone here care to comment ? How were your pressings ?

I’m finally getting around to really listening to this and mine is REALLY off center. Ugh!
