It'll be tough topping that one.
The original poster set the bar extremely high!
Either that coffee is frozen solid or it’s creme brûlée in that cup.
??? I love that Ace Frehley cover!
I think that cover's pretty cool!
How are we defining "modern" in this thread?
John, John, John..... that is a truly scary look you got going on. At first I thought you were Dwayne "The Rock" Whatisname then it occurred to me that you look like the character Jason Alexander played in that Jack Black movie, remember the guy with the vestigial tail? You have money, get the best hairplugs you can grow it out longer and don't ever go with this look again, please.
The covers posted so far have been totally appropriate for the contents. They say you can't judge a book by the cover but....
I've always wondered what they were thinking when all the guys get naked for an album cover a la Pablo Cruise.
Whatever this is
You can define it in any way possible. As long as they are terrible.
Not according to the site I found it on.
myKe luHv's ridiculous, asinine album cover on Unleash The luHv and as bad as the contents as well.
I’m a designer by trade and a huge Leonard fan. This feels like a personal insult to me. The bad image isolation of Cohen, the uprezzed shadows — picked up from his prior album cover?? There’s no sense of composition, or apparent color palate. I’m not even going to get into the typography, but I’d consider this to be some of the worst type on a major label album in years. This stuff keeps me up at night.
He looks good. Trust me it's photo-shopped to hell.
Not great. Surprisingly Ken Kelly is the artist, same guy did the Destroyer cover
As a Graphic Designer, this one made me weep. Looks like someone's first experience using Microsoft Paint.
I like the band, but I still haven't gotten around to listening to this album, all because of that god-awful cover.
Rocket from the Crypt- Paint as a Fragrance
Oh...I love them dearly.... but.......
Separate names with a comma.
