So, leafing through this thread made me wonder... why on earth isn't there a well-curated DVD/Blu-ray "best of" set from the TV series (say, two discs)? I own the complete box set... but, frankly, I'd be a lot more likely to watch some Python if I could just pop in a concentrated dose of Pythony goodness, instead of searching through the complete set for sketches. (The "Personal Best" DVDs are too hacked up and interview-heavy to qualify.)

And yeah, I know most of the classic sketches are readily available on YouTube. I probably just answered my own question as far as why there's no best-of set. Still... sigh.
