It certainly is. I could buy a new Naim preamp on the price its currently going at.

And to think that you can get the nice sounding 24K MasterSound for about 30 times less..

Yes, that's what I meant. I think he uses eBay somehow as a translation device.

Has anyone thought that there is the slightest possibility that even if it is a fake - the seller might not be aware of that. He could have bought it unknowingly from another less scrupulous seller.

    Ok guys..

If anyone on here has or will be putting in a bid on this, please pm as I have come by some information that may be important to potential buyers.

If you're only curious please don't ask. I just don't want my inbox flooded. :)

    regards

I'm not sure because I respect the individual that passed the info to me.
If I was to post it openly, he may not be so forthcoming next time.

    Sorry about that.

Do you think anyone here would put a bid on this?

Actually I could put a E1950 bid for fun knowing that I would not make the reserve.

I agree. Fumi can you switch your avatar back to the chick in the black top. The new one is beautiful, but I think we all appreciated the other one.

    Much obliged.

Now all of a sudden same seller has 32DP 359 and 364's to match the 35DP's up for Auction...plus the rarely ever seen CP43 DSOTM

    Pretty weird don't you think?

It's always possible that he is a Pink Floyd collector who is selling his collection.

Otherwise, the chances of finding all those rare cds complete with OBI is zilch.

From the scans, they all look legit to me. To be honest, although the 35DP Final Cut has always been a bit tough to find, the others used to be relatively common here in Japan (even the Eternity Gold). Maybe this was 5-10 years ago, but they were plentiful. I bought my gold w/Obi used for 6000 yen or so, if I recall correctly.
