I just bought Swiss Movement. I like it. Has anyone else listened to this labels other releases? The packaging is different, and it comes with a cheesy paper sleeve. The sound was good though. Well, for a live recording anyway.

Yes. I recently purchased "Layers" by Les McCann and the sound quality equals the original vinyl. Reasonably priced also.

I have Aretha's 4 Beards, "I've Never Loved A Man..." Great pressing. A lot of the Atlantic reissues sound like hell. This was done fairly good too.

I've put off the purchase of the Les McCain's "Swiss Movement" because the CD sounds better than the original vinyl, IMHO. The remaster is nice too, especially for the bonus tracks.

Oh, and if you think that buying a 180g'er that you're going to get a decent sleeve, think again. Always have Discwasher VRP sleeves on hand. The Sundazed ones are a perfect example. Take the damn buscuit out of the paper sleeves and never let it go back in it! :p
