A bunch of questions about the Beatles Decca audition

I take off Till there was you, Money, & Became mucho which were re recorded later. I add Ain't She Sweet, Cry For A Shadow, The Early Love Me Do, & the later alternate Besame Mucho.

I use the Dr Ebbetts for most of it, & Anthology for the rest. I end up with a more satisfying, album like experience, with the substitutions, making it a bit stronger over all. But still staying with the pre Ringo band. I like the good sounding version of Some Other Guy, but that's Ringo.

 

Andrew, I'm glad to see you make an appearance here. I haven't transcribed the entire interview but I would be happy to share it with you when I do.
