A new recent difficulty I am having on Amazon...

I am in the habit of browsing titles of albums or movies on Amazon. ca and if interested in something, saving it as a favorite that I may go back to when I am ready to send an order. But in recent months I am encountering significant occurrence of my Computer (Windows 7) not recognizing the "Add to favorite" instruction.

Most can still be saved, but here is an example of one that won't work that I just now encountered.

Can anyone else confirm the problem is real? I'm hoping it isn't unique to my computer.

 

John, it works fine on my Win. 10 machine. What browser are you using or is it a problem with more than one browser? If it is it's time for a change my friend.

Assuming you are referring to bookmarking the product listing, have you tried restarting your browser when this happens? And is it updated to the latest version?

I've seen this behavior before, but it's usually because something hangs in the browser, and restarting it has fixed it every time. In my case I suspect it's related to the fact that I usually have a *lot* of tabs open concurrently, and tend to leave my browser open for several days at a time before restarting it once it starts to consume too much memory.
