A question about vinyl stampers

    Also, bear in mind that if a stamper broke or failed QC (usually a copy of any press run was QC checked and played, and the run rejected if QC failed), that sometimes, the plant manager will call the other plants and ask if there's a spare they can get express shipped or driven or flown to them before ordering a new lacquer mastering, plating and mother/stampers made. Easier than getting new metalwork and quicker.

    I wouldn't be surprised if plants in Germany followed similar limits.

    The quality of their pressings are very close to Japanese in my experience.

    I picked up A Question of Balance lp the other day and was completely blown away by the sound. I'm guessing this is a
    early " hot" stamper, but I dont know what to look for to confirm that. The catalog number is THS 3. Any info on this title?
