In the recent past, when I used Paypal to pay at acoustic sounds, the amount I approved while on the paypal site was NOT what I was charged. It does not include tax. Only the final order approval page, after paypal - when back to the acoustic sounds site, shows the total amount, far away on the screen, and most people will not see (most likely) as they already approved the amount on Paypal... not cool.

Also, in my last 2 orders, I was charged a certain amount, which was higher than what it should be. They call it "deposit" and it is higher than 'order total' for me. They claim it stays as credit, but I never allowed that nor was even asked. I see no reason to overpay for "future credit". I called twice to get a refund for the difference, it has been a week at least and nothing yet.

Interestingly, Elusive Disc does not charge tax at all. And i'm out of state for acoustic sounds as well... yet they charge it, and incorrectly, and are slow to return difference...

Did anyone have a similar experience?
